Through the course's comprehensive approach to self-assessment and market analysis, I have gained a deeper understanding of how my unique blend of skills, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats shape my professional narrative. The SWOT analysis is a key component of the course has also helped to understand different strengths and weaknesses (Peterdy, 2022). It has prompted me to introspect and critically evaluate my competencies in customer service and adaptability skills that are my professional cornerstones.
