Situation

At my previous job at The Chopping Block Butchery, Eastland SC, VIC, during the third quarter of 2021, our team faced a sudden shortfall in staff during a critical project phase due to illness.

Task

I was tasked with ensuring the project remained on track, despite the reduced workforce, without extending the deadline or compromising the quality of our work.

Action

I re-allocated resources, negotiated temporary shifts in responsibilities, and introduced a system of staggered work hours. I also streamlined communication by setting up a daily check-in meeting.

Result
