Read the Case More Than Once

Write a Clear and Specific Recommendation

Your recommendation should read like a decision taken by the company’s head. State exactly what the company should do, and tie it back to the root cause you identified earlier. A marker wants to see whether your solution actually fixes the problem or is just there to ease the symptoms.

Keep this section short. One strong paragraph beats three vague ones. Mention how the business would carry out your recommendation and what result it should expect within a set timeframe. This closes the loop between problem, analysis, and action.

Bring It All Together

A strong case study analysis follows a clear path. Read carefully, find the real problem, apply a framework that fits, weigh your options, and commit to one recommendation.
